Summary

One family needed a practical spot for shoes, bags, and jackets near their entryway. We stepped in to create a custom mud bench that made the most of a blank nook and gave the space new purpose.

The Work

Cut and installed white oak plywood to fit the entry alcove
Built a floating bench and matching shelf for storage
Mounted sturdy hooks for coats and backpacks
Finished surfaces with poly/water based product for durability

The Outcome

The entryway now has a clean, modern mud bench that brings order to daily routines. Custom touches help keep clutter off the floor and make mornings feel a little easier.
